Talent Acquisition Coordinator (IRELAND/EU)
Move is looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator who has a proven background in providing an unparalleled candidate experience for the world's best talent. You'll work as part of an embedded team supporting our client (a well-known, Global SaaS company) to craft an unparalleled experience for our client's candidates and hiring managers alike by enhancing engagement and retention of talent in the talent pipeline to ensure a world-class experience for candidates and efficient delivery of talent for the teams you'll be working alongside.
SALARY: £35,000 (pro rata)
DURATION: up to 6 Months FTC
LOCATION: Fully Remote (based in Ireland EU due to client requirements)
HOURS: 40 hours per week - aligned to GMT/EU Timezones
🧑💻 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition Hiring Objectives by proactively identifying and meeting candidates’ needs at each stage of the Recruitment Process
- Manage 20+ concurrently ongoing, high-paced open roles —from opening up new roles in Greenhouse to the Coordination of Interviews to gathering and providing Feedback to candidates timeously — collaborating with numerous Hiring Managers and Candidates
- Identify, discuss and clarify candidates' objectives and needs. Turn them into recommendations and concise details for hiring teams to action
- Partner with Move Talent Partners and Hiring Managers alike to support them in finding the best way to leverage our teams' capabilities to achieve their hiring objectives and goals
- Continuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others
🧰 WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/People Ops Coordinator/Project Coordinator
- Previous experience using popular ATS and an excellent understanding of how to maximise the use of all tools and features
- High-level understanding of Technical & GTM roles with a solid ability to communicate with candidates
- Advocate for candidate experience best practices
- High-level understanding of digital employer marketing and social media platforms for Job advertising and management
- An organised, customer-centric and detail-oriented approach, with an account management mindset
- Excellent verbal and written English skills are required to Communicate and coordinate work across various cross-functional teams
- Autonomy, decisiveness, and accountability
- Important this role requires the full right to work in the EU (Republic of Ireland)
