Job Description

As Global Paid Media Specialist you will have the following responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize the paid strategy with specific goals and metrics across Google Ads.
• Track and communicate performance against KPIs and propose recommendations to improve results
• Use data to drive decision making process
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize flows and loading times.
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on this and campaign results.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience 

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing the different media channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, DPS…) and price models (CPA, CPI, CPL, CPM) .
• Demonstrable experience with Google Ads and knowledge about the different campaign types on Google Ads (Display Ads proficiency)
• Work closely with the team to discuss, set up and drive traffic according to segmentation and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Proficient in spoken and written English

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands on managing tools such as Appsflyer, Singular, Adjust…
• Knowledge of VAS industry is desirable.  
• Overall understanding about SEO and ASO.
