Senior Consultant

The Capital Markets Company seeks Senior Consultant in New York, NY, to provide cross-functional project delivery that spans various products, platforms, and services offered by Wealth and Asset Managers.  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and five (5) of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: implementing and delivering a Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) platform to resolve cross-border payment issues; validating SWIFT payment messages and fulfilling payment transactions using crypto-currencies and stablecoins; utilizing blockchain enabled software and services for wealth management transactions; performing business analyses including custody of Digital Assets and Cryptocurrencies, digital asset custodial services, digital asset custody providers, global digital assets regulatory landscape and a framework to scale the custodial services internationally; presenting and producing analysis results, and developing growth strategies by sourcing data, designing framework, security considerations, economic sanctions, country risks, regulatory compliance, and reporting and disclosure concerns; and performing project management activities, including developing platforms, governing project timelines, developing stakeholder presentation decks, and regulatory compliance management. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills. 50% travel required.
