Park Quality (Overnight)

What you get to do:

• Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
• Perform prep duties prior to park opening that can include: restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash removal/ disposal, vacuuming, office, breakroom and hallway cleaning, store/merchandise area cleaning, cobweb & dust removal/cleaning, laundry, and various projects (including pressure washing, window cleaning, etc.)
• Follow standard operating procedures necessary to perform job functions to serve a quality product
• Provide excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business need

What it takes to succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work overnight shifts varying between 7pm - 6am
• Communicate effectively and professionally with ambassadors and all others conducting business on our properties
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis. Some specific work areas may require heavier lifting
• Perform the following physical activities on a frequent basis: bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, climb, simple grasp and fine manipulation tasks, reach with hands and arms at shoulder level or below, climb and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights if needed
• Must be able to work indoors and in dimly lit outdoors, in varying Florida weather, to include extreme heat.
• Position will be exposed to cleaning chemicals, fumes, dust, odors and possibly cold/heat temperature extremes
• Work flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Availability with at least one day being a weekend day and available to work holidays
