Environmental Services Director

Job Description:

The Environmental Services (EVS) & Linen Director II is responsible for providing leadership, direction, vision, and managerial oversight to drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements at the federal, state, and local levels. The position entails leading all operational coordination, setting an example by adhering to EVS & Linen operational standards to achieve national benchmarks, system initiatives, and site-based goals. This individual will represent the department by embodying a "Just Cause" culture, driving performance metrics, and working towards standardization as "one system."

Requirements:

Bachelors degree with four years of job related expereince or a minimum of 6 years of expereince in EVS, support services, military, or facilities in lieu of a degree.

A minimum of four years expereince in a supervisory role in EVS or a service related customer service field.

Experience with financial/budgeting and egulatory compliance related to EVS.
