About the Role:

Scenthound Euless is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations & Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our dog wellness studio! In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their dogs with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor
Schedule and manage appointments using studio management software
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and process payments accurately
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with clients
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
Support daily operational tasks to ensure the studio runs efficiently
Educate clients on Scenthound membership packages and wellness services

Requirements:

Prior customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling and interacting with dogs of all breeds and sizes
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn scheduling software

Compensation: $16.50 - $24.00 per hour
