We are seeking a vigilant Security Officer to safeguard our facility, personnel, and assets. This role involves active patrolling, conducting security screenings, and monitoring surveillance systems. Ideal candidates possess a strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Prior experience with access control systems is preferred. Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.

Typical Flex Officer Objectives:

• Conduct thorough security screenings, including bag checks and metal detector operations.
• Actively patrol the facility on foot, maintaining a visible presence.
• Monitor surveillance cameras to identify and respond to potential threats.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures consistently.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Adhere to strict protocols regarding cell phone usage while on duty.

Flex Officer Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma OR GED.
• Intermediate computer / technology skills needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
• Customer service background preferred. 
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.  
• Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
• 1 Year Security experience.

All candidates must be able to pass extensive drug test & background check.
