The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-driven Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of material volume planning, master data accuracy, and S&OP processes across multiple sites. You’ll work cross-functionally to balance inventory, procurement, and forecasting — keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & S&OP

  • Lead material volume reviews to maintain optimal stock across sites
  • Analyze trends and adjust plans to align with demand forecasts
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Procurement on S&OP alignment

Master Data & MRP Management

  • Oversee MRP setup and updates to support accurate procurement
  • Maintain clean, accurate material master data

New Product Setup

  • Coordinate new product setup in the ERP system
  • Ensure cross-functional input and data accuracy

Inventory Management & Reporting

  • Report on slow-moving and aging inventory
  • Monitor shelf life and minimize waste
  • Manage outside warehouse relationships

KPI & Cost Reporting

  • Track inventory value, turns, and days on hand
  • Analyze and report key metrics to drive performance
  • Support cost updates and reporting

Procurement Alignment

  • Execute planning-related procurement activities
  • Collaborate closely with the purchasing team

Process Improvement

  • Recommend and implement improvements to planning and inventory processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in supply chain planning or similar roles
  • Proficient in MRP systems and data management tools
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills
  • APICS certification and chemical industry experience are a plus

Skills

  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
