It's our people that make BDA the top global Merchandise Agency to work for.</p></div><p>Location:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">This role is based in <strong>Woodinville, WA </strong>and requires you to work <span style="font-weight: bold;">onsite 4 days per week</span>, with <span style="font-weight: bold;">1 day remote</span>.</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">To be considered, you must&nbsp;<span style="font-weight: bold;">live within commuting distance</span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">, as regular in-person collaboration is a key part of the role.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>The Senior Global Sourcing Specialist is responsible for leading sourcing strategy, supplier management, and end-to-end execution of product orders across custom hardgoods and softgoods (e.g., vinyl figures, plush, drinkware, totes).</p> <p>This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to manage complex and high-impact projects while proactively identifying risks, influencing cross-functional decisions, and driving on-time delivery.</p> <p>In addition to execution excellence, this role plays a key leadership function—anticipating business needs, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and holding both internal and external partners accountable to key milestones. This position has the potential to evolve into a people management role, with opportunities to mentor team members and lead direct reports.</p> <p><br><strong>Experience Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field</li> <li>5–8+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, production, or supply chain</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing complex or high-volume programs independently</li> <li>Experience working with overseas manufacturers (China preferred)</li> <li>Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments</li> <li>Prior experience mentoring others or leading projects preferred</li> <li>Experience with custom products (hardgoods, plush, or similar) strongly preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Skills and Traits</strong></p> <ul>
