OVERVIEW

The Senior Software Operations Leader is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's software products. This role ensures operational sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with broader business objectives. The leader manages cross-functional teams, optimizes internal processes, and drives strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product effectiveness. This position plays a key role in translating strategic vision into actionable plans, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The Vice President, Operations - Juno Health will:

• Oversees and directs the product operations of the company, including, product development, implementation, training, and, client support.

• Develops and implements operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Support/Oversight of Compliance of Juno Health Commercial Operations including contractual and regulatory obligations such as HIPAA, SOC2, and ONC.

• Ensures the quality and reliability of the company’s products and services.

• Identifies and mitigates operational risks to protect the company's interests. 

• Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Works with the President and other executive leaders to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals. 

• Stays informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and software development. 

• Oversees the identification and implementation of new technologies and solutions to improve operations and customer experience.

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 

• Is an innovation and improvement champion.

• Builds relationships with stakeholders including employees, customers and potential investors.

• Has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Other Duties:

• Serves as an Officer of the company.

• Interfaces with Parent Company as necessary.

• Mentors employees to help them achieve their full potential.

• Represents the company at industry events and conferences.

• Travels up to 25% of the year in support of the product or as directed by the President.
