Job Description
The Warehouse Coordinator oversees warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with Quality System procedures while driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. This role manages personnel, inventory, and logistics processes to support production and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse personnel and shift operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards.
- Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and innovation in daily operations.
- Ensure Health & Safety training, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
- Train, develop, and support warehouse employees, fostering a cross-functional team.
- Oversee hiring, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and material flow to support production.
- Ensure timely and accurate material transactions for supplier payments.
- Maintain warehouse organization, discipline, and cleanliness.
- Interface with other departments for process improvements and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement new procedures as needed.
- Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Support Bosch Production System, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with C-TPAT and AEO requirements.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and special logistics projects.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehousing, materials management, distribution center operations, and/or logistics within the automotive industry.
- 10+ years of leadership experience, including time in a supervisory and management role.
- Proven ability to manage a large-scale facility with 50-60 personnel and multiple direct reports.
- Strong track record in team development, coaching, and mentoring.. .
- Experience in assessing and improving distribution center and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Expertise in SAP, RF Warehouse Management, and Freight Management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with problem-solving methodologies such as PDCA, Fishbone, 8D, 5 Why, and Shining.
- Knowledge of internal and external audits, including HSE, AEO, and C-TPAT compliance and requirements.
- Strong experience in customer, carrier, and supplier communications to ensure smooth operations.
- Familiarity with RFQ requests, BOL creation, and PO processing.
- Customer-first mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills.

Salary Range: The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $79,000 - $85,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
