We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Barclays Center Arena team in Brooklyn, NY! The intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to various projects. This position is designed to provide exposure to different aspects of our organization and offers a dynamic learning environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: What You Will Do 

• Customer Interaction: 

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner. 

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 

• Provide accurate information about services, facilities, events, or offerings. 

• Administrative Support: 

• Handle reservations, bookings, or ticketing as needed. 

• Maintain organized records of guest interactions and reports. 

• Assist with check-in/check-out processes or registration tasks. 

• Event Assistance: 

• Support the planning and execution of guest-related events or activities. 

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations. 

• Facility Management: 

• Monitor the cleanliness and organization of public spaces or facilities. 

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly. 

• Team Collaboration: 

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to enhance guest experiences. 

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, or evaluations.
