Job Description
Job Summary
Enrollment Systems and Data Coordinator helps to build enrollment by providing oversight and maintenance of all enrollment software programs and databases. This position assists those responsible for designing, leading, and supporting enrollment research and data analysis for the Office of Enrollment Management. This position aids in establishing the direction, goals, plans, implementation, and strategies of the department by providing expertise in cross-functional data and information systems and by delivering actionable analysis. This position models admission scenarios to optimize enrollment size, academic and demographic markers. This includes utilizing internal resources as well as evaluating potential external vendors for enrollment modeling.

Serve as a representative of Southwestern Seminary and Texas Baptist College and its Admissions Office

Actively recruit students to Southwestern Seminary and Texas Baptist College

Work towards achieving assigned territory and institutional enrollment goals

Ability to clearly and simply articulate the value propositions of SWBTS, its degree programs, and the specific requirements for completing the application process

Collaborate with the Director of Admissions to provide oversee admissions data and processes.

Assist with on-campus events including, but not limited to: Preview Days, Orientation, SWBTS Graduation, etc.
