Job Description Summary:

The Director, Marketing Capabilities & Transformation (North America Operating Unit) supports our NAOU Marketing capability plan, working with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to execute the annual capability plan. This role will be responsible for executing capabilities and learning across NAOU Marketing while integrating Global and Operating Unit (OU) enterprise capability efforts. This person is also the lead for driving the global Marketing Transformation and acts as the representative for North America.

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

  • Execute the annual Capability plan to drive 3E’s within the Capability strategy: Experience (on-the-job training), Educate (traditional curriculum/trainings), and Exposure (best practice sharing).

  • Develop and socialize an annual capabilities strategy and calendar to ensure the right pace of introducing ‘new’ to the organization

  • Bring outside in thinking with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry developments.

  • Strategically lead the development and execution of SPARK, the Marketing Capabilities website.

  • Facilitate trainings and workshops to upskill employees in marketing tools, strategies, and technologies.

  • Serve as the Marketing Transformation (MTO) OU Link in the NAOU, developing the OU MTO Scorecard and tracking progress against metrics. This includes timelines, communications, training, change management, and other support needed for adoption of the MTO.

  • Proactively stay informed on updated communication techniques, training tools, and agile ways of working to create a modern and effective approach.

  • Leverage external resources and/or our global network for work effectiveness. Role serves as the team’s primary contact to global Marketing Transformation network (MTO).

  • Engage in a consultancy capacity with leaders to identify new opportunities to support and to gather feedback on ongoing efforts

  • Leads special projects for NA Marketing Operations & Capabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing and building marketing capabilities at KO or in adjacent organizations.

  • Strong understanding of the latest marketing trends and technologies

  • Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding in building website/SharePoint to maintain Marketing Capability site: SPARK

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy is preferred.

  • Understand strategic development and execution of marketing plans.

  • Understand Capability planning and development with expertise in learning and learning design

  • Understand transformative ways of working pillars of the Global Marketing Transformation at TCCC

  • Experience planning and driving change management related to tool, system, and ways of working initiatives

  • Ability to build partnerships and establish trust & credibility across all levels.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with and influence others to gain consensus & alignment.

Pay Range:

$153,000 - $175,000
