Barista

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring a barista to provide friendly and professional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and take coffee and food orders from guests.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Maintain positive guest relations throughout their visit.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work station, menus, and all necessary tools.
• Process financial transactions and handle guest payments.
• Answer coffee bar telephone calls.
• Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Promote a fun, friendly, and safe atmosphere.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and kneel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in climate-controlled environments and casino floors with exposure to smoke and noise.
