We are seeking a talented junior Project Manager to join our team and work on vendor risk management project. The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project coordination and a desire to grow in their career.

Role and responsibilities

• Outreach to business owners to confirm use and reconfirm risk, to vendor contacts to provide refreshed documentation per the company vendor risk management policy
• Quality control vendor documentation once received back from vendor – troubleshoot to ensure everything is completed correctly
• Following up/Confirming risk rating with business owners – troubleshooting when there are misunderstandings or delays
• Requesting review by various Subject Matter Experts (Compliance, Information Security, Business Continuity, Legal, and others) as required by the risk rating
• Pulling financial stability risk reports from the licensed tool, uploading into the VRM database
• Update all vendor incidents in the Venminder tool as communicated by  the company's Purchasing or Operational Risk teams
• Assist with yearly vendor performance reviews on three populations: Strategic, High Spend, and High Risk vendors

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in the corporate environment 
• Experience in Project Management/Business Analysis
• Proficiency with VM tool/Venminder is preferred 
• Experience in the banking industry is preferred
• Detail oriented, organised, good communication and problem solving skills

The salary range for this role is US$75,000 - US$115,000
