THE JOB:

As a Security Officer, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, enforcing policies, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and employees, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING PAY: $17

THE DAY TO DAY:

• Deliver high-level guest service aligned with the Company's standards

• Responds to emergencies as needed, providing security and protection for our guests, employees, and company property

• Uphold law and order in conventions in conjunction with local law enforcement

• Administer first aid and assist injured guests or employees, ensuring proper authorities are contacted

• Remain alert for any suspicious persons or activities and report any safety hazards immediately to maintenance

• Answer guests’ questions and furnish detailed information on facilities, attractions, retail shops, food and beverage locations

• Knowledgeable and use of radio communication procedures and corresponding codes

• React professionally and rationally in emergency and pressure situations, restrain intoxicated, disorderly, or insubordinate guests or remove them from premises

• Follow the established procedures for escorting and assist necessary employees to cash control

• Communicate professionally with management

• Promote and practice safety awareness and behavior, adhering to safety standards and direct emergency vehicles when called upon

• Performs other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is a minimum of 18 years of age

• Currently holds or is able to obtain a Non-Gaming Sheriffs Card, and TAM Card

• Currently holds or is able to obtain AED/CPR Certifications

• Is able to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time as needed

• Has 1+ years in customer service, or as a Security Officer

• Is personable, and guest-focused

• Has a flexible schedule
