That’s needed in order to do that:

  • Provide operational and communication support to enable the Customer Experience & Real Estate team to dedicate more time to meeting their customers’ needs
  • In partnership with the Real Estate & Customer Experience (RECX) team, you must be able to identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services to align them to customer needs (Prologis Essentials, etc.)
  • Manage customer support requests
  • Maintain customer financial and payment information and provide actionable insights for the RECX team
  • Support management of vendor contracts and payments
  • Generate proposals and leases for renewals and new lease opportunities
  • Coordinate activities related to move-in, move-outs, showings and vendor bidding process
  • All other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

  • Require 3 years’ experience in construction and administrative role or related field and/or training
  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • Must be fluent in Italian & English
  • Ability to carry out specific oral and written instructions
  • Execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Ability to collaborate with operations, accounting and other team members to complete various projects and assignments 
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to communicate via email with customers, vendors, and internal teams 
  • Ability to use computer software and web-based applications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks daily with efficiency and accuracy.  
    Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Positive, proactive work ethic and approach
  • Show tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgement in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation
