About the role
<p>We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing &amp; Partnerships on the Gift Card &amp; Flyers team supporting Factor US.&nbsp; This role will focus on growth campaign planning across our package insert program and brand partnership campaigns, aid in the execution of an innovative strategic approach to deliver against acquisition and brand KPIs.&nbsp; In addition to assisting in developing new / existing partnerships, booking campaigns, testing and learning into new areas of offline media, the role involves the management and maintenance of the channel budget, and strategically analyzing performance. You will be a part of the operations from a sales and strategy standpoint, and collaborative in driving revenue for the company through in-box partnerships with other growth-minded companies.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, creating disruptive efforts in media, and understands how data &amp; technology drive business. Additionally, the candidate must be a detail oriented, organized self-starter that is comfortable and articulate while communicating with internal teams, agency partners and vendors.</p> <p><strong>You will....</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan, execute, and manage partnerships for each of our print insert media programs to successfully drive acquisition and brand growth of Factor. This includes managing existing partnerships, onboarding new partners,&nbsp; and analyzing&nbsp; partner campaigns to gauge success.</li> <li>Own the multi-million dollar channel budget: oversee weekly budget steering, quarterly and annual forecasts, and budget allocations.</li> <li>Lead relationships with agency partners (printers, creative, and media agencies) and internal teams to manage all deliverables including plan approvals, performance management, offers,&nbsp; optimizations, creative assets, contracts, forecasting print volumes, QAing and approving all creative proofs.</li> <li>Act as the key point of contact with external agency partners, direct brand partners, and marketing vendors, establishing and maintaining these relationships on behalf of Factor. Lead all strategic and cost negotiations, including RFPs.</li> <li>Partner with our Brand team and creative agency to generate creative briefs, provide creative recommendations and insights that optimize performance, execute and&nbsp; document creative&nbsp; tests, and regularly share key findings to inform initiatives</li> <li>Provide data driven analysis of future performance to identify key campaign learnings and quantifiable business opportunities to improve campaign</li> <li>Build a rigorous test roadmap: establish and execute test and learn agenda, including lift tests and A/B test, capturing learnings and implementing strategic pivots.<
