PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.
• Keeps current with cutting edge business and economic trends to forecast how the program will need to adapt and change over time.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates the operations of the program. Ensures and improves the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
• Implements business strategies that align with customer needs and company values.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders. Interfaces with customer and stakeholders to understand the needs of the program; assesses requirements, develops mission plans, and manages operations execution.
• Provides overall leadership and supervision for all operational functions, including flight, data processing, security, mobilization, and remobilization activities.
• Supervises the collection, processing, and dissemination of geospatial data using HR3D data products.
• Ensures implementation of common geospatial data management procedures and operations established by the customer.
• Ensures compliance with local and federal regulations with all OCONUS sites.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in years of experience
• 5+ years of related experience

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
