Who We Are

Verkada is the largest cloud-based B2B physical security platform company in the world. Only Verkada offers six product lines — video security cameras, access control, environmental sensors, alarms, workplace and intercoms — integrated with a single cloud-based software platform.   Designed with simplicity and scalability in mind, Verkada gives organizations the real-time insight to know what could impact the safety and comfort of people throughout their physical environment, while empowering them to take immediate action to minimize security risks, workplace frustrations and costly inefficiencies.   Founded in 2016 with more than $460M in funding raised to date, Verkada has expanded rapidly with 15 offices across three continents, 1,600+ full-time employees and 20,000+ customers across 70+ countries.

Overview

Verkada is a 100% channel-driven business. Our partners are foundational to our growth strategy and to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As Verkada continues to scale, we are launching a new Partner Program to deepen our alignment with our most strategic partners.  In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the success of our Partner Program while driving operational and process improvement initiatives.

Additionally, as a member of Sales Strategy and Operations, you’ll be part of the team at the nexus of strategic decision-making in Verkada’s 1,000-person sales organization. You will have an integral role in driving the insights and operations that enable Sales to run better, faster, and smarter.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the integrity of our partner-sourced business. One of the key ways our partners enhance our growth is through Deal Registration - leads that our partners bring to us. • Support ongoing data accuracy and cleanliness. Own our Deal Registration process from a data accuracy standpoint and run point on all data integrity efforts including data audits, recategorizations, and backfills. Work closely with the Channel Operations team to measure partner compliance with our Partner Program membership criteria, including tracking of all key performance indicators.
  • Collect and analyze data on our Channel organization. Run ad-hoc reporting and analyses to understand trends in our Channel business. Prepare summary presentations for Sales Operations and Channel leadership.
  • Implement and reinforce Channel policies. Partner closely with our Channel leadership team to implement policies that enhance growth and scalability of our Channel organization and execute policy compliance.
  • Design and implement streamlined operations processes. Partner with Verkada’s Channel Operations team and developers to configure, test, and implement new workflows that integrate critical Channel data into our CRM and Partner Portal.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, often-changing environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills. You work well on teams and are comfortable speaking with stakeholders of all backgrounds.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to tackle large volumes of data review with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Experience building out future-proof processes, procedures, and workflows.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
