As a VP, Product, Benefits Administration , you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of solutions. You will ensure alignment with company objectives for health benefits administration.

This role is crucial for defining the strategic direction of our organization and driving forward our mission to improve health outcomes to lead product vision, strategy, and execution for Alight’s health benefits administration solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of innovation and strategic leadership, particularly in the health benefits sector.

Responsibilities

• Defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for health benefits administration solutions.
• Representing the product portfolio’s value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partnering closely with Delivery teams to ensure operational alignment and scalable solutions.
• Working with Technology teams to integrate innovative technologies into service offerings.
• Collaborating with Commercial teams to develop go-to-market strategies and value-driven messaging.
• Conducting ongoing market research to understand emerging trends in benefits administration technology.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery models with technology-driven efficiencies.
• Overseeing the development and deployment of benefits administration solutions.

Requirements

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product development processes to meet market demands.
• Have a data-driven approach to decision-making and an operational mindset for service delivery.
• Be capable of articulating complex value propositions to diverse audiences.
• Possess exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.
• Be skilled in articulating thought leadership and strategic direction to the market.
• Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience

• Proven experience in strategic leadership roles, in the health sector.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead organizational change.

• Represent the product portfolio’s value proposition to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting how technology and services integrate to solve complex challenges.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner closely with Delivery teams to ensure operational alignment and scalable solutions that meet client needs.
