As part of the Sustainable Finance Team, your role will be important for Carlsberg to report in accordance with internal and external requirements. You will be anchored in Group Finance with extensive exposure to many

stakeholders in the global organisation.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

In this position, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Carlsberg can report in compliance with CSRD, EU Taxonomy and other regulatory requirements as well as TTZAB (Together Towards Zero and Beyond programme)
• Ensure and maintain definitions, processes, data collection and governance of Sustainable Finance data.
• Systematically track trends and performance gaps within sustainable finance regulation.
• Act as subject matter expert towards the Carlsberg Group’s markets, supporting them in the correct application of Sustainable Finance principles.
• Maintain and develop the Sustainable Finance Manual, roll out new reporting standards, develop reporting principles and conduct training of relevant colleagues.
• Provide input to externally communicated content related to sustainable finance requirements, legislations, and communication with authorities.

 

What we’re looking for

• A candidate preferably with experience from either a global finance organization working with ESG or IFRS compliance or from a Big4 firm working within Sustainable Finance.
• Ability to work independently and take on great responsibility.
• Advanced organizational, administrative and communication skills (proficiency in English is a requirement).
• Ability to work in a hard-working setting, sometimes with tight deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and without losing an eye for details.
• Keeping the overview and ability to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously, while being able to prioritize when necessary.
• A motivated, committed professional with a positive attitude,
• Numeracy and analytical skills
