You will </p> <p>work as part of a team driven by a taste for challenge, team spirit and a desire to get </p> <p>team spirit and the desire to be as close to the field as possible. You will have the opportunity to manage a team of 70 people, including 7 direct reports.</p> <p> </p> <p>The position </p> <p>• Performance management</p> <p>Ensuring effective and relevant monitoring of the department's objectives, deliverables and performance results;</p> <p>Ensuring that the department's deliverables comply with current regulations (GMP, labour regulations, corporate guidelines, ISO, etc.);</p> <p>Sharing expertise, benchmarking, innovation and strategic vision with direct reports;</p> <p>Putting in place the necessary indicators to identify and resolve any process variations or deviations. Helping to make decisions and challenging to resolve complex problems in the department's relevant activities (clarifying and controlling discrepancies);</p> <p>Supporting and developing the implementation of the continuous improvement process and ensuring that it is embedded in the teams.</p> <p> </p> <p>•  Coaching / Giving direction</p> <p>Implementing the department's overall strategy, defined in conjunction with the Director, in line with the site's objectives;</p> <p>Support direct reports in defining KPIs and operational objectives;</p> <p>Coaching and developing the managerial skills of leaders and the skills of team members;</p> <p>Ensuring effective communication internally and externally (other departments and sites) in order to disseminate the company's key messages.</p> <p> </p> <p>•  Team management</p> <p>Sharing direction and strategy to ensure the day-to-day commitment of the people in the department;</p> <p>Assessing skills, monitoring people's development progress and providing individual feedback on performance;</p> <p>Carrying out administrative tasks related to people management.</p> <p> </p> <p>•  Budget management</p> <p>Preparing, monitoring, managing and optimising the department's budget in accordance with the annual or revised budget;</p> <p>To support the investments required to deploy the site's strategy.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Qualification :</p> <ul> <li>You have a 5-year degree (engineering or pharmacist).</li> <li>You have at least 6/7 years' significant management experience in industry. </li> <li>You will be working in an international group and have a good command of English.</li> <li>You know how to develop and coach a team. </li> <li>You have excellent analytical and summarising skills. </li> <li>You will be able to communicate effectively, have good interpersonal skills and be a team player. </li> <li>You are open to feedback and have a spirit of initiative and innovation.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Working at Novo Nordisk</p> <p>Anchored in the region for over 60 years, our Novo Nordisk production site in Chartres specialises in the production of insulin cartridges and vials, as well as the assembly and packaging of pre-filled injection pens. </p> <p>Every day, more than eight million people around the world benefit from insulin produced in Chartres.
