CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

SUMMARY

Responsible for interacting with customers and making sure each of our customers had a truly extraordinary visit.

Responsibilities Include:

• Makes contact by calling/texting/emailing all service customers.
• Makes contact by calling/texting/emailing all new sales customers.
• Call all upset customers ASAP and report to the department Manager if not resolved.
• Monitors Podium daily and contact customers when needed.
• Requests online reviews from customers and sends Podium review invites.
• Monitors texting platform and contacts customers when needed (parts are here, service updates, etc.).
• Monitors facility appearance compliance.
• Identifies issues and brings to management when noticed.
• Helps with filing as requested by management.
• Helps answer the phones as needed.
• Helps greet customers.
• Schedules service appointments for customers when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
