This role is ideal for a hands-on safety leader who can influence executive decision-making, partner effectively with EPC and O&amp;M contractors, and strengthen safety practices across projects in development, construction, and operations.</p> <p>Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, the Director of Health &amp; Safety will serve as Arevon’s subject matter expert for health, safety, compliance, training, incident prevention, contractor oversight, and safety performance reporting. <strong>This is a hands-on, working Director ("player-coach") role, directly overseeing EPC contractor HSE performance and compliance with Arevon's requirements during construction, while leading a lean HSE function that includes one direct report supporting O&amp;M.</strong> The Director will work closely with Construction, Asset Management, Development, Procurement, and executive leadership to embed a proactive, measurable, and accountable safety culture across the business.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, strengthen, and continuously improve Arevon’s health and safety program across construction and operating assets.</li> <li>Partner with executive leadership to define expectations, reinforce accountability, and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.</li> <li>Evaluate EPC, O&amp;M, and other contractor safety programs for alignment with Arevon requir
