The points below highlight the Team Lead Account Representative – IP duties:
• Coordinating and executing air and ocean export shipments to ensure excellent customer service levels
• Prepares all necessary documents such as commercial invoices, international export declarations, certificate of origin, letters of credit
• Reviews pertinent domestic and foreign trade regulations
• Maintain communication with customers, carriers, government agents, and vendors

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the importation of goods or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
• Knowledge of the movement of freight via air and/or ocean and Letters of Credit preferred
• Ability to occasionally life and/or move up to 25 pounds
