As one of our Administrative Assistants, your support will be a critical enabler to keep the IR Sales Support – Insurance team organized so they can focus on driving the business. You will make externals’ day-to-day life run smoothly and have a conscious process to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You've built a career assisting others and know the level of attention and responsiveness this role demands. You have a way with collaborating with people to get things done and you have demonstrated success in working with peers within your own team and across the enterprise. You are comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and your sense of urgency is consistent and dependable. You have more patience than most people and you adapt your style accordingly to the needs of your managers.

• You manage complex calendars for multiple leaders simultaneously and you masterfully adjust when developments or changes occur.
• You understand your manager's line of business, structure, and priorities. You are forward looking and anticipate potential issues and proactively solution as appropriate
• You are active in increasing your business knowledge, network, and technical skill sets.
• You are skilled in improving your own process and existing processes, helping to make things run more efficient and smoother.
• You exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• You are proficient in Microsoft applications and are proactive in learning how to best optimize those tools.
Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $51,667-$82,667
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
