Senior Cloud Engineer / Architect

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions to meet the organization's needs. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Design and implement cloud-based solutions using industry best practices. Evolve the bank’s current landing zone / enterprise scale cloud deployment.</li> <li>Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability, using Infrastructure-as-Code practices.</li> <li>Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications.</li> <li>Monitor and optimize cloud performance, security, and cost.</li> <li>Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Have 3 to 10 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking, or consulting industry; experience on collaborating and presenting to top management.</li> <li>Have strong knowledge of Azure cloud platform.</li> <li>Have experience with cloud infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep).</li> <li>Are comfortable using Python for scripting and automation.</li> <li>Are fluent in English.</li> <li>Can build confidence on the teams that will work with.</li> <li>Have relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>An attractive salary package</li> <li>Career development and growth opportunities</li> <li>An amazing private &amp; open-office workspace in Athens</li> <li>Continuous training via personalized seminars</li> <li>Stable and enjoyable working environment</li> <li>Flexible remote – onsite working model, adjusted to your needs #LI-Hybrid</li> </ul>
