IT Business Systems Analyst

JDE USA, the global luxury tea and coffee brand is seeking a temporary IT Business Systems Analyst. As a technical analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring data flows between JDE USA, our trading partners and distribution network operate seamlessly and error free. This role will contribute toward simplifying the company’s system architecture and designing solutions that will effectively scale with our growing business. This role reports to the Director of IT.

Job Description

· Collaborate with business stakeholders and system owners to gather requirements for new development projects related to opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth through technical solutions.

· Develop and maintain NetSuite integrations.

· Ensure compatibility for enhancements to current EDI ecosystem projects.

· Implement integrations for new EDI partners including new distribution and trade partners.

· Monitor, troubleshoot and provide day-to-day support to our business team members to ensure smooth order processing.

· Coordinate and perform quality unit testing and coordinate end user testing for all new development.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as a business systems analyst in a manufacturing environment.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience with financial reporting systems as an administrator or developer.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role supporting the development of APIs, EDI/integration technologies.

· Hands-on experience and understanding of different types of EDI formats, such as XML, ANSI X12 and Flat file layouts required.

· Strong attention to detail and demonstrated capabilities in data governance and agile development principles.

· Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a plus

· Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

· Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
