About the Business Development Team
Our Business Development team focuses on expanding Walmart’s e-commerce marketplaces by acquiring and supporting top sellers. Collaborating with international markets and cross-functional teams, we drive seller performance and enhance the overall seller experience. Your role will be pivotal in executing Walmart’s cross-border trade e-commerce strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Drive marketplace adoption and maximize seller sales
- Generate leads, recruit, and onboard sellers to Walmart marketplace
- Manage your own pipeline of prospective Sellers
- Foster collaboration with international markets and cross-functional teams
- Increase adoption of Walmart services to improve seller performance
What you’ll bring:
- Proven track record of developing and closing high-impact deals
- Experience in selling eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience in cross-border or international e-commerce
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus
