To be successful you will combine strategic leadership with operational hands-on engagement, ensuring GMP compliance, and strengthening a culture of responsibility, safety, and quality across engineering activities.</p><p></p><p>Your tasks will be:</p><ul><li>Driving the development and implementation of the automation strategy for our Kvistgaard site, aligned with the global engineering roadmap</li><li>Collaborate with Global Engineering to ensure consistent technology standards and documentation practices across our network</li><li>Improve internal processes</li><li>SME support and driver in projects</li><li>Owner of automation procedures</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Are you our next pioneer?</b></p><p>To succeed in this role, you will need:</p><ul><li>A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field</li><li>Proven experience with SCADA/PLC solutions and automation systems within a regulated environment</li><li>Strong background in leading automation teams and managing CAPEX projects</li><li>Deep understanding of regulatory and GMP compliance, including validation and data integrity</li><li>A collaborative and strategic mindset, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Proficiency in English and Danish</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About you</b></p><p>To succeed in this role, you must be able to set direction while creating balance—grounded in a genuine understanding of people.
