Product Manager, Payment Offerings

Product Manager for the Aviation Payments Offering. The successful candidate will manage and optimize the Aviation segment payment products, chart the offering strategy, interface with IT, Business, and Customers, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. 

• Assist in transitioning approximately 300 Avpos accounts to FBO360 as part of the CAMP acquisition.
• Define and develop a blueprint to convert TAS from a full-fledged FBO software to a streamlined payment point of sales.
• Develop strategy and roadmap for Flight School software MyFBO.
• Expand Payviate/AVCARD usage across related aviation businesses.
• Depending on my World Wallet strategy, prioritize and manage product rollout.
• Centralize our ACH and bank payment solutions.  Currently using different solutions for merchant payments in Flyers, Aviation, Land, and Watson.
• Consolidate the many different credit processing connections we have across the enterprise.  We have separate processing agreements with Fiserv, Stripe, Heartland/Global, and Wells Fargo.
• Modernize our closed-loop physical plastic cards. Options are chip-enabled and fully digital, with partnerships with Apple Pay and Google Wallet.
• Remove bespoke solutions we have created for international AVCARD acceptance.  Examples are Compac in Australia and Recope in Costa Rica.
• Develop an easy-to-use EMV terminal solution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging payment technologies.

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of relevant experience or related field. 
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven track record of delivering robust software solutions at scale.
• Ability to understand complex engineering concepts on a deep technical level.
• Experience working on financial products. 
•  Analyzes cards and payments products, services, and delivery methods using quantitative and qualitative data to assess profitability, member value and impact, utilization, performance, efficiency, competitiveness, risk, processes, compliance, member and staff experience, and pricing.
