We’re seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Digital Accelerator team—a dynamic individual passionate about driving operational excellence, leading strategic projects, and advancing Finance & Accounting initiatives. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our Investment Administration team, collaborating directly with colleagues to enhance capabilities, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What you will do:
- Recommend system enhancements and support departmental goals in collaboration with IT and Investment Operations
- Collaborate with internal IT and systems development teams to analyze and resolve process flow challenges
- Lead projects focused on automation and modernization, emphasizing technical process improvements. This includes creating system-specific message files using tools like Alteryx, RPA, and other automation platforms
- Utilize project management tools to develop and communicate project plans, milestones, and status updates
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills, efficiency, and impact
- Develop and maintain best practices and procedural documentation; identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement changes
- Partner with management and business leaders to build and maintain clear process roadmaps and support the onboarding of new clients and accounts
- Translate strategic technical visions into executable, tactical steps
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that elevate business value and organizational capabilities
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in securities operations or investment accounting within the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting. Without a relevant degree, an additional 4+ years of directly related experience is required
- Deep understanding of financial services operations, with proven analytical and quantitative capabilities
What will set you apart:
- Background in software development is a strong plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting/automation software
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail

Base Salary Range
$85,600.00 - $120,925.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed.
