Finance Internship

As an finance intern at CellMark, you will gain experience in a wide range of topics as you can be involved in a variety of projects related to Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Development, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Credit Management.

Examples of work tasks include:

• Support the Group financial controlling team with financial reports and various analyses
• Perform different macro- and market analyses, review industry trends and assess implications for the business
• Assess and analyze tax and transfer pricing implications from new legislation and current business environment
• Perform analyses related to business strategy and improvement projects for different companies in the group
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for the Group management team
• Assisting the M&A team in identifying acquisition prospects in different geographical markets

We are seeking you, a student who are 1–3 years into their education. You are most likely studying towards a degree in Business or Engineering, with strong academic results. Since the work tasks are of mixed character, the internship will require flexibility, curiosity, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently. As a person we expect you to have an ability to work in a structured manner and to get things done. You see yourself as efficient, self-motivated, flexible and you enjoy rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Internship details

• Scope: 20–50% of full-time, depending on your study situation and our needs.
• Duration: Start in spring 2025 and continue until summer 2026, with opportunities to work during the summer 2025.
• Hourly pay.
