However, using innovative technologies such as our own in-house apps, social networks, and digital tools, we provide a truly integrated global service.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The Business Transformation team at Sia Partners works with clients across all sectors and sizes to help them execute complex business transformation programmes. We bring disruptive approaches, harnessing the power of data, new technologies, and an agile mindset to help our clients transform to thrive.</p><p>As part of our team, you will experience a wide range of projects - helping clients with business transformation challenges across, Financial Services, Technology, Central and Local Government, and Energy and Utilities.</p><ul><li>Harnessing the power of new technologies – e.g. transforming how an organisation operates to leverage new technologies, augmented intelligence, AI / machine learning and automation;</li><li>Analysing and defining the workforce needed for the future – e.g. using people analytics to understand current workforce trends and future workforce requirements at pace;</li><li>Increasing customer-centricity – e.g. designing an organisation centered around the needs of the customer and their experience;</li><li>Increasing agility and adaptability – e.g. creating an agile mindset amongst teams, helping organisations and to remove barriers, silos and bureaucracy;</li><li>Transforming the workplace – e.g. transforming the work environment and way of working, including increasing collaboration and flexible working.</li></ul><p><strong>As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for…</strong></p><ul><li>Working on the delivery of projects, potentially working across several clients in the UK and Ireland and, if required, support overseas engagements;</li><li>Supporting business development activities, working with Senior Managers and Directors to develop proposals for practice-related opportunities;</li><li>Recognising opportunities for Sia Partners to expand their offering to existing clients;</li><li>Building and maintaining your own external professional peer networks;</li><li>Supporting marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners across social networks;</li><li>Facilitating own learning and specialist subject matter knowledge whilst supporting Junior Consultants to further develop their knowledge and consulting skills within the practice;</li><li>Working closely with other teams within Sia Partners to share information;</li><li>Developing your specific service expertise.</li></ul><p><strong>You can expect…</strong></p><ul><li>A diverse and supportive atmosphere, where innovation and initiative are encouraged;</li><li>Opportunities to flex your intellectual and creative muscles;</li><li>Welcoming, friendly and professional colleagues;</li><li>A personal development plan with clear goals for advancement;</li><li>A meritocratic approach to promotion that rewards those who exceed expectations;</li><li>A competitive salary, in line with the market and your peers.</li><li>Flexible working arrangements;</li><li>A performance-related bonus;</li><li>Health, life, dental and travel insurance;</li><li>An employer-matched contribution pension scheme;</li><li>25 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What skills and experience are we looking for?</strong></p><ul><li>4-6 years Management Consulting experience, including experience from a top-tier management consulting firm;</li><li>Demonstration of experience in either one or more of the following areas: operating model, organisational design, change management, or technology programme delivery.</li><li>Experience in Data and Analytics is nice to have;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;</li><li>Experience using a CRM system.</li></ul><p><strong>What academic qualifications do you need?</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree (2:1) or international equivalent in a relevant subject.</li><li>An advanced business degree (e.g. MS, MBA) is nice to have.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing team that serves some of the most exciting and highly respected companies in the world.
