What you will do: The VP of Product Management is responsible for shaping and driving the long-term product vision and ensuring its alignment with the company’s strategic goals. You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from opportunity identification and solution definition to market introduction, success measurement, and product sunsetting—ensuring both immediate product success and long-term market competitiveness. This includes fostering cross-functional collaboration and accountability, driving customer adoption and usage, and overseeing growth strategies for the product(s).This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership, management, project management, technical development, business development, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment of product strategy with organizational goals through long-term product roadmap and market positioning. The individual must balance business needs with the organization's delivery capacity, stay attuned to industry changes, and continually steer product lines in a positive direction. Additionally, the VP will track requirements, user scenarios, experiences, and stories, while also participating in demos and engagements to address and solve problems effectively.Financial & Strategic Ownership:

- Own the strategic product mix, roadmap and market competitiveness.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to prioritize product improvements that align with both short-term business needs and long-term strategic goals. You will drive objective-setting (OKRs) to ensure that product initiatives not only address immediate challenges but also contribute to broader organizational success and innovation.
- Lead the product management team in enhancing their strategic and technical capabilities, including customer discovery, market analysis, UX/UI design, and product positioning, while fostering a culture of innovation. You will act as a mentor, guiding team members to think both tactically and strategically to drive impactful results across product lines
- Oversee and develop a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts to elevate their competency in conducting user interviews, writing user stories, drafting solution concepts, and leading solution design processes.
- Oversee the effective facilitation of user acceptance testing, solution iterations, and ensure solutions meet user needs, while managing the product backlog and writing release notes for communication with user groups.
- Collaborate across teams to prioritize product improvements, document user problems, and align objectives with business needs through OKRs.
- Act as a subject matter expert, motivating team members, coordinating multi-team product development, and communicating product plans and releases across the organization.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends and opportunities, manage agent feedback to improve product offerings, and track NPS scores to measure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
