Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager (Level K) on our KC-46 team in Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines. (Fabrication-Style environment)
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
• Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role.
• Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees.
• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Previous knowledge / experience with LEAN

Shift:

This position is for 2nd shift.  Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required.

Summary Pay Range: $103,700 - $140,300
