This role leads Kimberly-Clark Professional North American Restroom Customer Insights & Research as well as the organization’s Insights Capabilities Program.  As an integrated strategic leader, you will spearhead all critical research supporting NA Innovation, Integrated Marketing, CX, Digital Commerce, Category & Sales.  This role is also responsible for exploring, testing and scaling B2B Customer Insights capabilities to build out best practices & action standards and represent Professional/B2B within Kimberly-Clark I&A Capabilities’ team.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Strategic Insights Projects Driving Impact Ensure team's business-level learning agendas reflect the most important customer questions for the business in support of the category/brand's top tier growth goals. Lead critical insights projects or processes that disproportionately impact the brand's growth goals and/or ability to create competitive advantage. This will include all brand development and executional insights initiatives including innovation pathway development, commercial programs, CX optimization & digital acceleration.

  • Custom projects include the following: Brand Equity, U&A Studies, Customer Segmentation, Purchase Drivers & Decision Trees, Customer Journeys, Innovation Concept Development, Claims & Commercial Programs Testing.

  • Bring Vision To The Business Lead assessments of market landscape including business trends, market performance and customer risks & opportunities; Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop principles based on customer insights to underpin strategic business plan.

  • Possess Methodology Expertise Serve as subject matter expert for team to design and explain research and analytics results when necessary.  Lead project with collaboration with with research suppliers.

  • Drive Insights Capabilities Advancement Responsible for developing and driving the KCP I&A agenda to advance capabilities and high-quality standards in the spaces of customer insights and industry foresights, all with the goal of enabling more timely and better business decisions due to a more holistic view of customers and business performance.

  • Develop Standards & Best Practices Assure that best research practices and governance standards are utilized across the KCP businesses.

  • Manage Investment.  Maximize the brand's learning plan investment by assuring that learning agendas align to strategic issues for the business and drive towards value creation.

  • Advance Knowledge Management Lead resourceful and fiscally responsible mindset by ensuring previous custom research, analytics, syndicated and other internal resources are incorporated into learning plans; Ensure approvals and reports are thoroughly documented and published in a timely manner.

  • Build Peer/Stakeholder Talent  Partner within the Insights & Analytics community, collaborating with counterparts to consolidate learning needs, provide input, resources and local guidance to cross-KC and globally executed projects, pilots and task forces.  This role helps build talent across the community by sharing key projects and best practices.
