Utility Porter - On Call - Park MGM

THE JOB:

As a Utility Porter, you’ll not only ensure our casino floors sparkle and shine but also uphold the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our casino, including public areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces. Armed with professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming ambiance and enhancing the overall guest experience. Your commitment to maintaining a pristine environment will be crucial in fostering moments of joy and excitement for everyone who steps into our world.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $20.19/HR

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Cleans and polishes marble, scrubs and extracts carpets using proper techniques and equipment
• Drives street sweepers, ride-on vacuums, genie lifts, and other related machinery to complete assigned tasks
• Operates hand trucks and flatbed carts to move equipment to assigned work areas
• Uphold the utmost standards to guarantee exceptional quality and cleanliness throughout the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other specified areas
• Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment
• Work independently and efficiently during night shifts to meet deadlines and ensure guest satisfaction

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Current Nevada Driver’s License
• At least 6 months of experience as a porter or similar position
• Ability to work varied shifts to include graveyard/swing shifts, as well as weekends and holidays
