Certified Asbestos Consultant

Seeking an apprentice or DOSH Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) or a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC); must be CDPH Lead Sampling Technician or Lead Assessor. The Environmental Consultant is responsible for performing asbestos & lead surveys, abatement oversight, air monitoring, reports; water intrusion & mold assessments conducted as well. Please list any other certifications or training that relate to mold or bacterial matter sampling or knowledge in water, fire and smoke damage restoration.

Bachelor in environmental science a plus. If you don't have certifications, we will consider training and scholarships for the necessary courses. However, must be able to pass difficult State Licensing Exam. Must have a clean DMV record. A company vehicle is provided.

• Asbestos: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restoration industry: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
