Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate International Contracts and Pricing Representative to join the team in Hazelwood, MO.

This International Contracts position will support direct commercial sales to CH-47 Chinook customers like Singapore. The primary focus will be supporting repair activity from customer solicitation through proposal and contract execution. Depending on skills and experience, the selected candidate may fill another position within the International Contracts team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Exercise appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies

  • Support presentation of business solutions to preserve and expand the business

  • Represent the company, supports external negotiations to a diverse set of customers

  • Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret and administer legally binding contractual agreements for The Boeing Company

  • Coordinate with many other internal functions to meet customer requirements, which requires strong organization and communication skills

  • Summarize contractual issues, support development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation

  • Coordinate proposals and execution through all phases of repair activity for international Chinook customers

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 1+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships

  • 1+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

  • 1+ years of experience with proposal management, strategies development and/or contract negotiations

  • 1+ years of experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
