Job Description:
The Associate, Client Services partners with all members of the client services team and acts as a liaison between clients and internal team members. You will maintain positive client relationships, tracking routine daily project tasks and performing basic account management skills.
You will serve as the client contact on creative and campaign management, ensuring client approvals are secured and timelines are met. Communicate externally with the client and internally with the project team to keep all informed of project status and changes.
· Manage projects and assist team members on ongoing projects, while learning the agency and client business
· Develop skills to guide agency team members
· Tracks and manages daily project workstreams, ranging from routine tasks to ad hoc deliverables
· Assist with project management, presentations, and basic operations of account management
· Help with client needs, identify solutions, and increase the value of service by following through and communicating
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0-1 years of industry experience
- Developed skills in analysis
- Excited to take on new challenges and operate autonomously
- Excel experience (Ability to mimic document formatting and basic knowledge of Excel formulas)
- PowerPoint
- 0-1 years' experience in media analysis tools such as Pathmatics and Nielsen
Additional information
The annual salary range for this position is ($39,000- $62,962). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
