Position Overview:

 

Join Socialpoint as a Senior Producer and help drive the success of our Analytics team!

If you love bringing order to chaos, ensuring projects run efficiently, and keeping teams aligned and motivated, this role is for you.

You will be a driving force for the Marketing Analytics team; a hardworking, diverse and fun group spread between Barcelona and North America. You will play a key role in leading projects and programs, ensuring everything runs efficiently while keeping communication crystal clear. Sounds like you? Keep reading!

 

 

What You'll do:

 

• You will partner with both the Marketing Analytics and Data Engineering team leads to build clear, actionable project plans that help everyone hit their goals.
• You’ll lead several initiatives at once spanning several teams, keeping everything on track ensuring predictable execution.
• Stay ahead of roadblocks by leading planning, execution and reporting. You'll ensure projects are timely and of top quality.
• Run scrums, keep teams aligned and make agile actually work in a way that’s productive (and not just for the sake of it!).
• You’ll bring energy and positivity and a clear vision to help the team do their best work in a fun, collaborative way.
• You will own effective communication with our Marketing partners and build trust,
• You won’t just follow processes - you’ll help refine and evolve them to make things smoother and more efficient.

 

 

What You Bring:

 

• 4+ years of project management experience in the tech industry, leading software engineering projects.
• Seasoned expert with typical project management related tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, demonstrates initiative, flexibility, maturity under pressure.
• Collaborative by nature, quickly and easily builds relationships, ensures open dialog, engenders trust and partners well within a team to deliver results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.

 

 

Bonus Points:

 

• 2+ years of experience in mobile game
• 2+ years agile development experience
• Analytics experience
