Social Media Assistant

The Social Media Assistant will play a crucial role in executing social media strategies, engaging with our audience, and helping to build and maintain our brand image across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

• Develop engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
• Foster positive relationships with our online community and encourage active participation.

• Plan and schedule social media posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Ensure a consistent posting schedule and optimize posting times for maximum reach.

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media channels.
• Prepare regular reports on social media engagement, growth, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
