We are looking for an Associate Wealth Advisor who enjoys building relationships, communicates well with clients, and excels at solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
• Assist Advisors as a contact for client relationships, performing multiple investment and financial planning tasks.
• Prepare and review information needed for client meetings.
• Help present information in client meetings.
• Assign, monitor, complete, and document tasks in CRM.
• Assist clients in decision-making related to investing, estate planning, charitable giving, and multi-generational wealth planning.
• Collaborate with clients’ professional contacts, such as CPAs, attorneys, and insurance agents.
• Deliver relevant market updates to clients and prospective clients.
• Review investment and trading activity.
• Help prepare financial plans.
• Provide relationship management for accounts served by lead advisors and support the team.
• Stay informed about industry changes through continuing education.
• Participate in client referral conversations and build a network with centers of influence.
• Work with Advisors and Investment Analysts to provide in-depth perspectives for client portfolios.
• Review existing client allocations for conformity to models and investment policy statements.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships.
• Actively participate in team projects that contribute to company development and the implementation of business strategies.
• Follow and stay up to date with industry regulatory requirements.
• Participate in a first-class onboarding experience for new clients.
• Prepare investment proposals.
• Help with preparation for and follow-up from client reviews.
• Perform some cold calling to set prospect appointments.
• Respond to client service requests.
• Support multiple roles across the firm – advisory, financial planning, operations, and relationship management – through various tasks.
• Work closely with a founding partner as a key advisor, learning the business and developing skills to become a senior advisor.
What You’ll Bring
• 2 or more years of experience in Investment Management Business.
• Bachelor's Degree
• CFP® certification, on track to obtain certification, or willing to obtain.
• Securities representative licenses (Series 65 or 66) or ability to obtain them within 60 days
• Experience creating strong client relationships and a high retention rate.
• Knowledgeable in or is keen to learn about personal tax, asset management, financial planning, insurance, estate and retirement planning.
• Showcase proficiency in analysis and problem resolution.
• You will be responsible for both analytical and relational duties.
• Team-oriented individual eager to support a growing advisory practice.
• Experience with Money Guide Pro, Salesforce, and Black Diamond are preferred.
• Keen to learn various financial planning software.

• Base salary of $45,000- $60,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
