Member Services Associate- Scottsdale (September 2025)

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Start Date: 9/25/25

Type: Full-Time; Hybrid In-Office 3 days/Remote 2 days

Shift Days: Monday-Saturday for a total of 5 days per week; Specific days to be agreed based on need

Shift Times: Charleston (EST) & Scottsdale (MST): 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, 9am-6pm, 9:30am-6:30pm, 10am-7pm, 10:30am-7:30pm; Specific shifts to be assigned based on business need.

Shift Expectations: Your standard schedule will be Monday-Friday, and will include up to 8 Saturdays per year. This will also include up to 3 company holidays per year, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas (which we do not staff).

Compensation: $50,000 annually, plus overtime and monthly $500 bonus potential

You work with pride and determination. Thinking critically and creatively to solve problems is a breeze, likely because you may have previously worked in a hotel, restaurant, school or retail store.

• Quickly respond to member inquiries via phone, email text and live chat, making it easy for them to work with us
• Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and our online portal with ease and accuracy

An average day:   

You’ll start and end your day at the same time every day during training, and post-training you’ll have an assigned shift for your 40-hour work week. During busier seasons, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute more and be rewarded with overtime pay. You’ll have different daily assignments, so you don’t get bored.
