Job Description
Ensure coordination with affected departments for repairs/upgrades/project installations; coordinate with production on urgent items for repair; collaborate on process improvements; collaborate on reliability improvement; innovate for process improvement and uptime improvement; and provide resources and leadership to maintenance department.

Qualifications
- Associate/Technical Degree in an industrial maintenance related field or 5 or more years related industrial maintenance experience, including controls systems.
- Ability to effectively function independently and make complicated decisions for maintenance equipment repairs.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills. - Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to control confidential/sensitive information
- 3 to 5 years of experience supervising/leading maintenance technicians
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal communications.
- Experience in collaborating with operations to ensure vital coordination and communication of equipment repairs.
- High performance with proven leadership skills.
