Main Tasks:
[Demand Planning]
- Collect demand data from sales forecasts, open orders and statistical calculations in rolling six months horizon.
- Regularly communication with commercial, sales and project team for new or potential demand implementation in supply chain.
[Supply Network Planning]
- In charge SNP process for 2 Engineering Plastics plants (BACC & BIG) respectively.
- In time and correct input SNP system by consolidating information of forecast, sales order, capacity and raw material to achieve an optimized result.
- As SNP expert to liaise with RBU BAM for system roll over.
- Make sure the demand planning and MRP related master data are maintained properly and up to date.
[Master Scheduling]
- Work with plants to identify potential material shortage, capacity constrain and other supply risk to communicate with business in advance for prompt action.
- Work with plants to set up constraint rough cut planning based on sales order, lead time, production capacity and raw material availability.
- Work with plants to ensure detailed production schedule to meet customers' requirement.
[Allocation Planning]
- Weekly review, evaluate and propose production schedule adjustments to improve delivery reliability as well as customer needs.
- Manage inventory and production allocation by considering lead time requirement, overall order fulfil rate, logistics cost and customer/project importance.
- Leading rush order arrangement by coordinating with functional teams, i.e. CSO, production, quality, logistics, etc.
- Work with commercial team for urgent supply allocation.
[Inventory Management]
- Review & plan safety stock to fulfil business requirement and balance inventory.
- Work with sales team to reduce the aging stock and continuously optimize stock to keep inventory in healthy level.
- Communicate with commercial, sales & operation to handle rush orders, postpone deliveries and trial for new projects.
- Regular review with sales and operation team on dead stock, long aging and other dysfunctional stock for inventory management.
[Logistics Arrangement]
- Delivery note issuing by picking correct cargo in correct warehouse with correct time. FIFO gate keeper.
- Manage DC inventory and stock transfer plan for BIG products to meet customer requirement with optimized cost and lead time. Monitor delivery reliability and improve it by decreasing partial shipments.
- Work with functional teams regarding logistics NCM.
[Warehouse Management]
- Support warehouse project to meet business requirement and cost effectiveness purpose.
- Monitor warehouse cost, analyze monthly cost report and optimize warehouse management when needed.
[Free Trade Management]
- Regular update of HS code of all Engineering Plastics (EP) products.
- Support customer inquiries of HS code, declaration elements, ingredient content, etc.
[Project Support & Reporting]
- Support manager to implement SCM projects.
- Preparing and running miscellaneous reports in supply chain fields as required.
[Digitalization Development in SCM]
- Join SCM AI group on behalf of EP planning team and study new AI tools.
- Support EP planning team to be smart SCM by developing more digital and AI tools adapting to the needs of SCM daily work and reporting job.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of Supply Chain management working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or other ERP Systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications and new AI tools.
- Knowledge of international trading.
- Fluent English in writing, speaking and listening.
- Strong communication skills.
