SENIOR MANAGER, GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND OPERATIONS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the CIO in shaping the I&O organization to drive business and IT success
• Introduce innovative infrastructure capabilities that improve competitiveness and productivity
• Build strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Define and manage a comprehensive ITSM framework based on industry best practices.
• Lead IT service delivery, define SLAs, and ensure KPI compliance
• Thrive in an international environment where your voice matters and management supports you

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems architecture
• 5+ years in a leadership role, including budgeting and team management
• Deep expertise in infrastructure, cloud (especially Azure), telecommunications, SD-WAN, and data centers
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business conversations
• Strategic mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Fluent English 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

German language is a plus
